Art. 10

Joint pay assessment

A review the employer must carry out with worker representatives when its report shows an average gap of at least 5% in any category of workers that is not justified by objective, gender-neutral criteria and has not been remedied within six months of the report.

In practice

It covers causes, measures to fix unjustified gaps, and how well earlier measures worked.
