The Ministry first sets an extra deadline of at least 15 days. If the report is still missing, the fine is EUR 4,000 to 8,000 (Section 16(1)).
Is there an official report form yet?
Not as of 19 October 2026, according to Egalis: the Ministry had not published a form, template or electronic filing channel. Prepare the data now.
Need the report itself?
The report pack turns your payroll into the report: indicators (a) to (g), an employee-request reply and a joint pay assessment worksheet. One-time payment.
